I believe we each have an innate ability to heal and therapy is one way to reconnect to that part of ourselves. My role is to support and guide you in a safe and collaborative environment, encouraging curiosity and self-reflection. I take an integrative approach, pulling from various models of therapy, all within a trauma-informed, anti-oppressive and culturally conscious lens. I work with adults experiencing depression, anxiety, grief/loss, relational conflict, complex family dynamics and identity development and have particular expertise working with trauma, disrupted attachment and forensic issues.
In our work together, we will explore the impact of early experiences, and reflect on how they have shaped your view of the world, contributed to patterns in relationships, and most importantly, impacted your relationship with yourself. We will also look at the impact of larger systems while strengthening your sense of agency in order to work toward change.
I hope to support you in better understanding yourself and gaining insight into what is needed to move toward healing and wholeness.
