I am a trained Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral therapist (TF CBT) that specialized in trauma, PTSD, early childhood trauma. I also work with ODD (Oppositional Defiant Disorder) anger issues, depression, self harm and suicidal, mental health issues. I also help those that have anxiety, body issues, self esteem. I love working with families, supporting them, with collaboration, helping the family have a positive and improved realtionships with each other. I enjoy helping adults, and being supportive in their journey of healing.
