Based in Santa Cruz, with a variety of appointment options, I treat individuals aged 18 and up. Do you prefer talking in-person in my cozy Santa Cruz office? While there, we can have hands on modalities such as sand tray and art activities. Perhaps you would prefer an invigorating walk out in nature? Tight schedule? We can even meet virtually.
I've earned a Masters in Psychology from Pacifica Graduate Institute and a Masters in Education from UCSC. But just as important is my experience of balancing my own life as a working professional, wife and mother. My education and lived experience make me an informed and empathic ally for you as we embark on your journey of growth and change together.
