My specialty areas are individuals struggling with issues related to unresolved trauma, anxiety, depression, self esteem, identity, and relationship issues. I am a Certified EMDR Therapist. EMDR is a therapy proven to reduce distressing symptoms of PTSD and other traumatic experiences. I also have a passion for and experience working with first responders.
It can be scary and uncomfortable to reach out to a person you don’t know and talk about such personal issues. I strive to create a safe and comfortable place for my clients to begin their healing.
