Life is hard. Are you dealing with ongoing chaos, stress, anxiety, and life changes? What about your relationships - are you exasperated?! Feeling desperate for a sense of relief and support? I help individuals and couples make sense of their busy lives and relationships. I help people struggling to communicate who are deeply hurt by a loss of connection and closeness. None of us are born with relationship skills and yet we're all dealing with many different relationships on a daily basis. Therapy can provide strategies, coping skills, much-needed relief, and peace of mind. I am telehealth-only and in-network with Anthem BCBS.
Currently offering adult (age 18+) individual therapy, couples therapy, marriage therapy, & relationship therapy. I also offer "individual" couples therapy - what's that? It's when one partner wants couples therapy and the other does not, will not, or maybe they cannot. Sometimes, one person making changes can shift the whole cycle.
Once you decide to start therapy, it's important to find a therapist that's the right fit. Usually within the first three sessions, you'll know. Studies show what matters most is finding a therapist you connect or vibe with who makes you feel safe to talk about things you may never have told anyone, and who will help support the change you want in your life.
