My treatment approach centers on each client. Whether it's individual, couples, family therapy, or my court-related services including parenting coordination or reunification counseling, I turn to a variety of techniques in my tool box. Cognitive behavior therapy is the central approach, while others provide an excellent adjunct on the road of healing.
I warmly welcome teens, adults, couples, and families who wish to experience a more abundant and meaningful life, whether working on chronic mental health challenges, or possibly navigating trying circumstances that have left them struggling.
