I have worked extensively with children for over 16 years, which has fueled my passion for helping those who struggle with behavioral issues such as ADHD/ADD, Oppositional Defiant Disorder, anger management, anxiety, and depression. Additionally, my life experiences have fostered a strong interest in working with children and adolescents diagnosed with Autism, developmental disorders, and learning disabilities. I employ a cognitive-behavioral approach that tailors therapy to meet the individual needs of each child, empowering them to be actively involved in their treatment.
My goal is to create a safe, non-judgmental, and collaborative environment that empowers clients to make the changes they desire in their lives. I believe in meeting clients where they are and connecting them with community resources to address their other life needs as well.
