Welcome! My practice starts from a strength-based, solution-focused approach & utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques to best support your needs. I work with a variety of issues such as trauma, attachment issues, anxiety & depression, relationship issues, women’s issues, and self-esteem/worth challenges.
Through a strength based approach, together we will strive to harness your agency and strengths while providing support and determining your needs. I believe the therapeutic alliance between client and provider is pertinent to building a safe space to cultivate healing and growth.
I offer therapy for individuals, couples, and families. In addition to therapy, I provide mediation services to groups and organizations who are struggling to move through challenges within the work place. Lastly, I offer group courses on a variety of topics such as somatic body work, psychoeducation, coping skills, and healthy relationships.
