I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Pennsylvania with 5 years of experience working in both inpatient and outpatient settings with children, young adults, and adults. My goal is to make every client who walks through the door feel heard, supported, validated, and understood. I earned my Master of Science in Counseling Psychology from Holy Family University and utilize a variety of treatment approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Mindfulness, Motivational Interviewing (MI), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and more.
