Hello, I am so glad you are here. Deciding to seek therapy can feel vulnerable, and you don’t have to do it alone. I work with individuals (16+) and couples who are navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, sexual health and intimacy concerns, relational issues, and life’s many transitions and stressors. Whether you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, disconnected in your relationships, or simply trying to make sense of where you are, I offer a space where you can slow down, be heard, and begin to heal. I welcome individuals of all cultural backgrounds, sexual orientations, gender identities, and races.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and trauma-informed. I see you as a whole person, not just a set of symptoms. Drawing from ACT, DBT, IFS/parts work, and person-centered therapy, I tailor treatment to your needs. Together, we’ll explore patterns with compassion, helping you build insight, resilience, and greater self-trust.
