I specialize in trauma work and can help you achieve long term relief from painful emotions and areas of life that keep you stuck - face and recover from traumatic childhood memories, combat experiences, and complex PTSD. I will invest myself in helping you transform the relationship with your life stressors and put an end to nightmares and flashbacks. I am certified in Brainspotting, and am a certified instructor and practitioner of Traumatic Incident Reduction (TIR), Life Stress Reduction (LSR), and the CRISIS model. All of these tools allow you to begin healing from these conditions in months instead of years.
Therapy for unwanted life conditions is offered in a variety of settings and formats. Therapy sessions are offered virtually and in person in Culpeper, Virginia. Personalized recovery weekends and therapy intensives can support you in making rapid progress and achieve relief from life and trauma stressors more quickly. Offered in Culpeper, Virginia.
