If you have been carrying pain that feels too heavy to name, you are not alone in that. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a Master of Social Work from Loyola University Chicago, completed in 2008. I work with adults 18 and older, and I hold a deep belief in every person's capacity to grow, heal, and transform, no matter what they have been through.
I use ACT, CBT, DBT, Mindfulness, and Motivational Interviewing to meet you where you are. This work builds practical tools for managing overwhelming emotions, helps you make sense of painful experiences, and supports you in moving forward with greater clarity and resilience.
