In therapy, we will work together to help you find your strengths to work through the challenges you are facing, that might seem too overwhelming to handle. I use a variety of therapeutic methods to help find the one that best fits you and your needs.
I help people learn to understand their challenges and find ways to overcome and/or manage them. I especially love working with adolescents and helping them navigate the changes they experience as they grow up, while providing a safe and non-judgmental place to talk and work through concerns and issues they may have.
