Despite one's best efforts, sometimes we can find ourselves in dynamics that are unpleasant, with no idea how you got there. Sometimes teens need a place to talk, outside of their family. Whether they need help navigating friendships, family dynamics, or even school, I can help them figure out a path that aligns with a big picture they want for themselves. If your life if busy and you wonder how to fit in therapy, an EMDR Intensive offers short-term therapy with long-term results.

I work with teens and adults manage anxiety, depression, relationship issues and trauma. If your past interferes with current relationships (marriage, parenting, etc.), I can help you navigate challenges. I use many modalities to help you be your true self, not influenced by big emotions. I also offer EMDR Intensives for fast results and short-term therapy.
