My passion has always been helping individuals and families through challenging times. I offer a safe space for participants to express themselves, explore concerns and learn new ways to cope with stressors. I love to look for everyone’s strengths and incorporate that in healing. I'm an ally to LGBTQ+ community and I am sensitive to neurodiversity. I offer session in both English and Spanish to children, adults, families and couples. Ofrezco sesiones en español.
I enjoy using using methods that help internal healing. I try to get to the root of the concern which usually helps to improve mental health issues like anxiety, depression, behavioral concerns and more. I also like to incorporate mindfulness into my practice to help participants build self awareness, cope with stressors and face challenges.
