Hello! I’m a CA Licensed Clinical Social Worker/Therapist with more than 15 years of experience. I am certified in the Gottman Method of Couples Counseling and specialize in relationship skills, life transitions, and parenting support. My approach is warm, direct, compassionate and down-to-earth. Life throws a lot at us and finding a therapist that you really connect with can make all the difference. Everyone has the ability to heal and grow but sometimes we need skillful help to make it happen. My focus is on empowering clients to make long lasting changes that enable them to live the life they envision for themselves.
I am trauma informed and use an integrated variety of evidence based therapy modalities (IFS, ACT, MCBT, Compassion-Focused) that are tailor-made for each person, based on their specific situation, needs, and preferences. Building genuine relationships with my clients enables us to work collaboratively and focus on deeply personalized treatment.
If you would like to have a conversation to see if I'm the right therapist for you, please reach out for a free 15 minute consultation phone call. I offer sessions online and am licensed to work with clients residing anywhere in the state of California. I strive to understand each person’s unique cultural identity and welcome clients of all backgrounds.
