I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Florida working with adults and older adults navigating anxiety, depression, grief, caregiver burnout, chronic illness, dementia, and life transitions. Many of my clients feel overwhelmed, emotionally exhausted, or unsure how to cope with changes related to aging and health concerns. I provide a supportive, goal-focused space using CBT and person-centered approaches to help clients process emotions, build coping skills, and strengthen relationships so they can move forward with greater clarity, balance, and resilience.
I provide in-home counseling in private residences and assisted living communities, as well as telehealth services. I tailor treatment using CBT, person-centered, mindfulness, and solution-focused approaches to support older adults, caregivers, and families navigating grief, chronic illness, dementia, and life transitions.
