Hello. I'm trained in EMDR 1.0/2.0, Advanced FLASH technique, Somatic Experiencing Advanced Level III. Welcome to your journey towards healing. I specialize in TRAUM(a), which can cause depression and anxiety symptoms, among others. In my practice we look to understand. There is no judgment. You cannot get there before you get there or know something before you know it. We focus on releasing the dysregulation we carry so there is more room for joy. My process is to teach people about their nervous system, how and why we become dysregulated, for example anxious or depressed, and offer ways to self-regulate and release dysregulation.
Some of my specialities are Anxiety, Depression, and PTSD/trauma. Each of these show up in our nervous system as dysregulation, symptoms through emotions/feelings, thoughts, behaviors, and body sensations, to name a few.
As human beings we all carry dysregulation, we all have a nervous system, we all have a story connected to the dysregulation, and we all have the ability to heal. I tell people they have all the answers. I just teach and hold their space. I look forward to working with you.
