About
Working with adolescents and young adults has always been my passion. As a former school counselor, I use my knowledge of the school system in conjunction with cognitive behavioral therapy to guide teens throughout their educational experience. With specializations in ADHD, Anxiety, Depression, and LGBTQ, I work closely with each individual client to determine goals and create a realistic long-term plan.
It is my goal to provide a welcoming environment to create a safe space for clients to heal and learn to incorporate the appropriate coping skills and tools to overcome life’s obstacles.
Together we will focus on your strengths to help you achieve your goals. I encourage you to call today to schedule our first session either in my Garden City office our online through our HIPAA-compliant telehealth platform.
