My clients are motivated and ready for change. Many are searching for meaning and navigating significant life transitions such as career changes, empty-nesting, second-act identity work/retirement, aging, caregiving, and grief. I also support clients through the loss of a loved one and the stress of taking care of the legal steps and decisions that follow. These challenges invite us to reassess our values, roles, and identity—work that can be transformative and meaningful at any age. Please note, I work with clients (21+) living in North Carolina via Telehealth only.
Grounded in empathy, creativity, and collaboration, my approach is person-centered and strengths-based. I incorporate evidence-based practices such as mindfulness, attachment, and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy. I also integrate art and expressive art therapy techniques. I have additional training with Tara Brach and Jack Kornfield as a Mindfulness Mentor.
My aim is to support your autonomy, resilience, and well-being during transitional times. I believe resilience is nurtured through compassion, creativity, and the intentional building of internal and external resources. If you are ready for meaningful change, it would be an honor to be a part of your journey and growth.
