About
Seeking therapy is a hopeful and courageous act. There are times when we all need some additional support and guidance to help us get to where we want to be mentally and emotionally. Counseling can help us take this journey and get to that healthier place. I cherish the relationships with my clients and I strive to be open, caring, supportive, empathetic and above all professional. I live by the motto "meet your clients where they are". This will help us to form the therapeutic relationship and start your journey to healing.
I have worked in the field of mental health for over 13 years and I have learned so much. I have a background working with eating disorders, self injury, grief, trauma, LGBT+, domestic violence/sexual assault and cognitive impairments.
I enjoy meeting with my clients, helping them identify goals and seeing them make progress and grow. As a team, we can work together to make the positive changes you are looking for!
