With over 25 years of experience, I help clients understand and untangle what is keep them stuck. I use approaches like Internal Family Systems (IFS) and EMDR to support lasting healing, not just surface-level change. Together, we'll work toward feeling steadier through life's ups and downs, find clarity, and reconnecting with yourself and others.
