I utilize a variety of different therapy techniques to help individuals improve and grow in their mental health by exploring the imbalance in their life and by focusing on how they can feel better through change. My role as a therapist is NOT to solve problems for people but to help guide them on their journey to find resolution for themselves.
I have been working in the mental health and substance abuse field for over 20 years in a variety of roles - supports coordinator, crisis worker, therapist, supervisor and now currently am a self-employed therapist in a private practice. I'm excited for an opportunity to work with people on their healing journey and help them to achieve their goals.
