I work with women, trans, non-binary, and gender diverse/non-conforming clients ages 18+ and will support you in exploring your identity, values, and/or relational patterns, as well as working to manage anxiety, depression, or navigating life changes. I specialize in working with members of the queer community, as well as those who practice "alternative" sexualities including ethical non-monogamy, kink, and BDSM relationships.
Using a mixture of Feminist Therapy, Queer Theory, and Sex Positivity, we will work together to process your past, identify your present values, and build a life you love. My graduate certificate in Gender and Women's Studies and Sex Positive Professional Certification through the Center for Positive Sexuality inform my practice on a micro and macro level.
Living as a queer and atheist individual in the state of Utah, I relate to experiences of marginalization while also recognizing the privilege I hold. I will be a good fit if you're looking for a therapist who incorporates progressive values into their therapeutic work.
