About
“We don’t have to do all of it alone. We were never meant to.” - Brené Brown. If you're struggling with anxiety, depression, self-esteem, relationships, or trauma – I’m here for you. If you repeatedly find yourself facing the same challenges in life and aren’t sure what to do differently to break patterns – I’m here for you. If you want to improve your communication, conflict resolution skills, or intimacy in your relationship – I'm here for you. If your teenager is struggling to cope with their emotions, relationships, or their gender/sexual orientation – I’m here for them, and for you.
My approach to therapy is integrative and dependent upon your unique needs, as there is no “one size fits all” with therapy. I strive to build a compassionate relationship with you by offering support and guidance to find new ways to make the changes you're looking for. Together we will explore the challenges you face and work toward positive change.
I have a background in domestic violence work. I believe it is important to understand what is considered healthy and unhealthy, to recognize abusive behavior, how to identify “red flags”, and learn to establish healthy boundaries. Knowledge is power when it comes to breaking the cycle of abuse.
