It is my goal to help children, adolescents and adults learn to cope and process current stressful issues and daily life events. My areas of specialty involve mental health issues associated with depression, anxiety/fears, Bipolar disorder, tics, psychosis, personality disorders, trauma and more. I also work in the areas of poor self esteem, adjustment disorders, anger management, behavioral issues associated with divorce of parents or other life changing events. I strive to incorporate the body and mind using a holistic approach into my sessions.
I believe that developing a trusting therapeutic relationship is the key factor for success in therapy. I offer individual, couple's and family psychotherapy in a safe environment to help clients improve the quality of their lives and level of emotional functioning. it is my goal to improve your quality of life and self perception.
