Hello! I am Michelle Allee, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) based in Sacramento, CA, providing telehealth to individuals across California. I take a trauma-informed eclectic approach to therapy, centering on the client as the expert on their own life and desire for growth and healing. I believe what happens to us doesn't define us. Currently, I am accepting referrals for adults who have symptoms including depression, anxiety, anger, issues with focus, sleep, weight, stress, and life transitions. I have specialized training in Adoption Competency to work with the specific needs of the adoptive child, biological parent, or adoptive parent.
