Hello! I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker providing professional counseling services. I have over 25 years of experience and have worked with many different populations. I work with individuals (children, teens and adults); couples (married, unmarried, traditional and nontraditional); and families (blended, traditional and nontraditional). I operate from a strengths-based approach, which, combined with other appropriate therapeutic techniques, is successful because it uses a systemic method for building on client/family strengths to bring about positive change.
You and I would work as partners, working together to come up with solutions. I am trained in several modalities (EMDR, TF-CBT, TBRI, CBT, DBT, Motivational Interviewing), and I am very client-centered - working with you on the changes you would like to make.
