I approach the needs of my clients individually and utilize different therapeutic modalities including cognitive behavioral theories, strength based practices, and mindfulness interventions.
I specialize in working with adults struggling with anxiety/depression, relationship issues, grief, trauma, life transitions, and dual diagnosis.
