Spiritual/Therapeutic Coach and Internal Family Systems (IFS) practitioner for liberal religious and social justice minded adults seeking to enhance their ability to be a non-anxious presence in these challenging times. I have over 25 years experience as a clinician and 10 years as a Unitarian Universalist ordained minister. I work with adults (NOT children) struggling with meaning making, vision, motivation, work/life balance, anxiety, depression, grief, and isolation. I specialize in supporting social workers, clergy, women, activists, and young adults in their personal, professional, and balanced life development. I do NOT accept insurance and can work via Zoom.

My practice specializes in a holistic mind-body-spirit approach to spiritual and therapeutic life coaching. As a Buddhist, IFS, and Sandplay practitioner, I find that mindfulness, expressive art, and spiritual direction approaches can assist in personal insight, grounding, and transformation. Evening, Weekend (and Zoom) Appointments available with ample parking.

I am a licensed independent clinical social worker and have worked as a clinician, supervisor, clinic director, and consultant in many contexts, including urban poverty and raced zones. I am a Lecturer at Boston University and a writer/scholar with an active social media presence. See further on my website.
