I work best with couples caught in the same communication loop, shutting down, feeling unheard, or struggling to reconnect. I also work with individuals who want to understand how relationships with family, partners, colleagues, and friends shape everyday pressures and affect how they feel, cope, and connect. My style is empathetic, curious, authentic, and direct. Together, we look at what is happening around you, not just within you, so you can feel more grounded in yourself and more connected in your relationships.
As a Marriage and Family Therapist, I’m trained to see concerns in relational and systemic context. I look beyond what’s happening within one person to the patterns, relationships, family systems, and experiences that shape how we feel and connect. I specialize in helping couples and individuals understand these influences and create meaningful change.
