Taking clients. We all have areas of weakness and struggle, but change and development are possible. When working with children, change takes place through play. They do not have the same thinking and reasoning skills, but they can play and practice through play to identify and feel emotions. With teens, I encourage them to use their own thinking power to consider new viewpoints or lenses that they see through. By adjusting that lens, situations and struggles can be viewed and addressed with new insight.
I offer tools for children, teens and families to use to help foster growth and change.

This is to help coach parents to support what I might do in play therapy.
