Provides mental health and rehabilitation counseling using a resilience approach. My practice focuses on adults who are struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, employment issues, life transitions, and feeling stressed by life. Clients who need to reduce the experience of worry and fear, sadness and hopelessness, alleviate the pain from hurtful events, manage emotional and social pressures of work-life balance, and identify and explore career options find my services most beneficial. I am available to help clients with a variety of mental health/wellness needs.
My philosophy is that everyone can live their best lives, yet there are times when people may need support to reconnect with their best, imperfect selves. I strive to cultivate a safe and intentional space where clients can move toward their strengths and new possibilities.
A client can expect general introductions and a detailed interview and assessment to gather information about their needs and goals. I modify my specific approach to counseling based on my client's needs and goals. I take a collaborative, client-directed approach to goal setting. My ultimate focus as a therapist is to help clients live well.
