Women's Monthly Moon Gatherings
This group is a place to connect deeply with yourself and community. We meet monthly on Sundays at or near the full moon to gather and ground through ritual, yoga, expressive art-making, seasonal food-based nourishment, time in nature, movement, drum journeying... we will follow our collective inner call! This is an open group following an initial information-gathering phone call for women and female-identified participants.

Self-care for Womyn
A committed weekly group dedicated to learning practical ways to care for your body, mind and spirit, we will meet for 6 weeks in a small group. Each week will focus on a particular topic including various modalities such as seasonal nutrition, exercise, nature-connection, restorative yoga and self-expression. We will engage in a shared practice together in a nurturing space geared towards creating a personalized self-care practice for each participant.
