About
My ideal client is a person who wants to work as a team to achieve the therapeutic goals we have set together.
I am a neurodiverse affirming therapist who specializes in children and adolescents, although adults make up about half of my client list. I have worked with most mental health issues, however my personal strengths lie in working with Autism Spectrum Disorder, ADHD, Anxiety, Depression, PTSD, Eating Disorders, and Self-Harm, and personality disorders.
I hope whatever is bringing you to look for a therapist you remember the first step is one of the most difficult ones to make, so you are already well on your way to finding your best self.
