I hold a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with additional certifications in Trauma-Informed Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Soultion-Focused Brief Therapy, Mindfulness Therapeutic Practice, Suicide Prevention, and Psych Evaluation and Suicide Assessment.
