I specialize in working with people who have suffered trauma and couples who are struggling. I am trained in EMDR and love working in that modality. I also enjoy working with adults who are in life transitions such as going away to college, starting or ending a relationship, or becoming a parent. I am passionate about birth and parenting as well.
My goal is to welcome you and provide a warm, trusting environment where you feel like you are talking to someone who "gets" you.
