I believe it is my job as your therapist to walk with you on your healing journey. The first step is asking for help. I believe in creating a safe place for each client to feel comfortable sharing the personal details of their lives. I strive to honor my client's wisdom of self and their experience while also building a relationship of trust and understanding between therapist and client.
I bring an array of knowledge and experience from working in Child Welfare, Residential Programs, Domestic Violence, Juvenile Justice systems, and working with school systems. My area of concentration is working with teens and adults through life challenges.
I use a variety of modalities, including Brief Solution Focus, Mindfulness Interventions, Strength-Based Practice, Motivational Interviewing, and Trauma-Informed care to support my clients to achieve their goals.
