I work with high achievers (ind, coup, fam) who are tired of feeling stuck in patterns that shouldn’t be this hard. You may be navigating ADHD, burnout (depression), anxiety or panic, or relationship stress—and despite your capability, things aren’t translating into consistent action or relief. I specialize in ADHD, burnout, anxiety/panic, and relationship challenges. I offer structured, results-focused 3-6 hour intensives to help you quickly identify breakdowns, shift patterns, and build systems that improve consistency, follow-through, and real-life results. My after hour (7p-1a) sessions are scheduled 1-2 months in advance due to the demand.

This group is for couples who are looking for relationship help, connection with their partner(s), or rejuvenation in their sex life. For dual as well as polyamorous partners. We will look into all parts of the couple, especially the inner child flare ups, and your communication styles, whether they are creating clickers or they are helping, what one couple is struggling with another may not, so come and learn a new way of doing things.
