About
Many of us want to live life more fully and be more connected in our relationships. Yet, often it feels so hard to navigate just how to do that--especially when we go through loss, transitions, disappointments, stress, or events that seem to disorient us and/or our relationships. I believe the therapeutic space is powerful & transformative. My therapeutic style is to offer a safe, authentic place where you are valued for who you are & where you are seen for more than just the issues that bring you into counseling.
I work with individuals & couples who are wrestling with issues related to anxiety, grief, relationships & various life transitions. I have particular interest in working with couples who have a desire for deeper connection & intimacy. Women navigating life transitions, roles, relationships, & their perception of themselves is also a specialty of mine.
I see each person as unique & as having immense value. I hope people sense that when they meet me. I also believe that the decision to begin counseling is courageous. While I have experience with many therapy techniques, I will work with you to discover what you need most so that you experience the change & growth you desire. I look forward to connecting.
