My two main areas of specialty are couples and women's issues. I specialize in working with couples who desire deeper connection & closeness in their relationship and women of all ages who are experiencing transitions, overwhelm or uncertainty in their lives, roles, health, and relationships. I have a wide breadth of training and experience to support me in this work. Many of us want to be more grounded, live life fully and also experience deeper connection. We find ourselves disoriented, uncertain, and even overwhelmed as we experience transitions, stress, and events that affect us & our closest relationships.

I work well with couples and individuals who find themselves in these places. I believe therapy can provide people a safe, authentic space where you are valued & where you given space and support to talk through what is most important to you.

I see all people & relationships as unique and full of potential and value. I hope people sense that when they meet me. My clients appreciate my honest, safe, warm, & grounded style. While I have experience with many therapy techniques, I will work to discover what you need most so that you and your relationships experience the growth and change you desire.
