As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with almost 30 years of experience working with youth and their families, I understand how the demands and stress of day to day life can become overwhelming for anyone. Family conflict, marital discord, or individual depression and/or anxiety can develop hindering the ability to find happiness and contentment within yourself as well as in your interpersonal relationships. Individualized goals that fit your specific needs are developed to increase communication skills; increase coping and anger management skills; decrease conflict, depression and anxiety; and develop self-esteem and motivation to lead a happy and healthy life.
In addition, I have a certification in Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, to provide therapy to youth and adults who have experienced trauma through physical, sexual, or emotional abuse, or who have witnessed or been the victim of domestic violence.
