I believe people are courageous to face their individual and relationship challenges. People are amazingly resilient and capable of healing, growth and change. I believe my role as a therapist is to collaborate with my clients toward a more desirable future and provide a safe, non-judgmental, supportive environment that nurtures growth and healing. We are all a part of a greater whole and are influenced by others, including our family of origin, current relationships, society and culture; therefore, I approach therapy from an integrative holistic perspective.

My approach is grounded in systems training and attachment based theories. My primary theories and modalities are Structural Therapy and Emotion Focused Therapy, (EFT). I am trained in EMDR by an EMDRIA certified trainer, working with those who are suffering from trauma in their childhood or adult lives, or as a result of public service.
