I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker Supervisor and EMDR Trained. When humans experience trauma or severe life stressors, it is not uncommon for their lives to unravel. My greatest passion is bringing healing to people who have been through a trauma or stressful experiences. I help my clients, who include adolescents, adults and families, to find healthy perceptions of themselves and strengthen their relationships so they can know themselves as healthy, complete, whole and safe.
Not every approach is right for everyone. I utilize different modalities such as Solution Focused Therapy, Client Centered Therapy, Family Systems, Gottman and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). None of these modalities probably matter if you're reading this, it just means that I have a diverse array of tools to help you help yourself!
