I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker Supervisor and EMDR Trained. When human beings experience trauma or severe life stressors, it is not uncommon for their lives to unravel. My greatest passion is bringing healing to people who have been through a trauma or stressful experiences. I help my clients, who include adolescents, adults and families, to find healthy perceptions of themselves and strengthen their relationships so they can know themselves as healthy, complete, whole and safe.
Not every approach is right for everyone. I utilize different modalities such as Solution Focused Therapy, Client Centered Therapy, Family Systems, Gottman and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). None of these modalities probably matter if you're reading this, it just means that I have a diverse array of tools to help you help yourself!
I strive to empower, encourage and establish a safe place for you to grow, to heal and to thrive. My number one goal is to meet you. Meet you where you're at, meet you on this journey and learn not only where you have been but where you are going.
