IFS is particularly helpful for those with chronic PTSD, ongoing challenges from childhood traumas. Michele is also certified in Prolonged Grief Therapy.
Michele does Telehealth Video counseling using a professional URL link. Advantages to Telehealth include: Privacy, convenience, easy access for homebound clients, those with no transportation, or with young children at home. Michele has a special interest working with those suffering from chronic PTSD and those going through grief and loss.
