I use cognitive behavioral therapy to help my clients with marriage and relationship problems, depression, anxiety, substance abuse, and other issues. I take a proactive, holistic approach to effect changes not only in thinking but in behaviors, in order to promote increased well-being, contentment, and self esteem. I enjoy working with adolescents and adults, and maintain flexible working hours to accomodate work and school schedules. My practice is in network with several managed care companies, or I can assist you in filing a claim with your insurance company.
