These are trying times for all of us. Responsibilities, transitions, expectations—we all have them, and they can present challenges that impact our wellbeing. Relationships and quality of life suffer, and we begin to question our ability to navigate a particular chapter of our life. I work with you to overcome things like anxiety, depression and trauma so you can live the life you deserve. I help you quiet that inner critic that keeps convincing you that you’re not good enough. I will teach you skills to calm your anxious mind and body and brighten your spirit.
I practice a person-centered approach in which the client is at the center of the service, involved in making decisions about their treatment and their life. My focus is on you and your strengths, acknowledging that you are the expert in your own life. I work within a wellness framework, working with the whole person and not solely on the presenting issue.
I believe each person deserves to heal and grow. Every one of us is worthy of doing all of the things that align with each of our visions of a meaningful life. We owe it to ourselves to flourish into our best and authentic selves. Let's work together to collaboratively develop a plan that is tailored to your strengths, needs and unique circumstances.
