I strive to create a comfortable, safe space with compassion and acceptance.
Together, we explore how past and current experiences have shaped patterns of thinking, feeling, and relating. We will also build insight into unhelpful coping strategies, and develop practical tools to manage stress, strengthen resilience and trust in self, and create healthier habits.
