Participating in the therapeutic process can be immensely intimidating and overwhelming! Where do I start? Can change really happen? How can this person help me? I strive to approach the therapy process as a partnership, walking along side every client, with the aim at reducing this natural overwhelm, and to offer a kind, warm, and accepting stance to learn and support at a safe and natural pace. Every human being deserves to be heard and offered the opportunity and grace to grow and thrive. It is my privilege to be that witness and guide to building a version of life and personhood that brings joy, connection, and meaning.
Practicing as a licensed marriage and family therapist in the state of PA, I offer a variety of support to families, children/teens, adults, and couples. I also built much experience treating first responders and their families. Specialty areas include, anxiety, depression/mood disorders, trauma, parenting skills, grief/loss, neurodivergent challenges.
Obstacles and setbacks are a rich part of the human experience. Yet, it can leave one feeling at a loss and alone. However, through my clinical training/background and gentle approach to care, my goal is to foster hope and to help shed light on a sense of beauty and courage in these trials of life.
