My style is collaborative, compassionate and directive. I bring mindfulness, curiosity, and wellness into the therapeutic process. I draw from the common threads of a variety of approaches to weave together the meanings and strategies that best fit each relationship. And, I will give you homework! Relationships and sex therapy are my specialties.

A positive and informed approach to sexuality can open pathways to communication, and rebuild intimacy, all vital aspects of maintaining a sense of well-being and growth in relationship. For many couples this is a long overdue topic and tension that yearns to be explored; and I can be a guide when you are ready to embark on this journey.
