There is currently a waitlist for new clients. My clients come to me looking for clarity, healing and hope that things can get better. Couples counseling works best when you choose to work on your relationship by actively engaging, being consistently present and make the time to find your way back to what matters. Embarking on this journey can help to illuminate the strengths and confront the challenges towards more effective communication, and discovering what repair can look like in your relationship.
My style is collaborative and compassionate as I bring mindfulness, curiosity, and wellness into the therapeutic process. I draw from the common threads of a variety of approaches to weave together the meanings and strategies that best fit each relationship. Couples work and sex therapy are my specialties.
A positive and informed approach to sexuality can open pathways to communication, and rebuild intimacy, all vital aspects of maintaining a sense of well-being and growth in relationship. For many couples this is a long overdue topic and tension that yearns to be explored; and I can be a guide when you are ready to embark on this journey.
