I love providing hope and optimism to individuals and families by allowing them to be an active part in improving and healing their lives. It is a wonderful gift to witness a person overcoming challenges, achieving their goals, and enjoying their ability to embrace life! I specialize in therapeutic services that rebuild intrapersonal and interpersonal relationships, along with therapeutic services for those who are experiencing depression, anxiety, grief, trauma, co-occurring mental health and substance abuse, and/or going through a life transition. I have 16 years of embracing my passion of providing therapy and helping people.
I specialize in therapeutic services related to complex and PTSD trauma, mental health, substance use, and deficiencies with executive function. I also provide parent facilitation, co-parenting and conduct psychological evaluations for court cases for family, protective service agencies, personal injury cases, and immigration proceedings.
I provide home services and/or virtual/telehealth sessions as appropriate and with initial assessment of appropriateness. I am collaborating with Mindful Therapy Group where in person sessions are available in the Houston downtown area. Court mandated therapy or parent facilitation is serviced throughout Texas.
